Deo Musisi Apollo: Africa Regional Country Director, Direct Development Uganda
Pastor Deo has been working in impoverished communities of Uganda since 1990. He is responsible for the supervision of monitoring the status of DDI as it is run and operated within Uganda. Pastor Deo has almost 20 years experience in managing NGO work, and is on the board of directors at a number of Uganda’s most prestigious schools, as well as serving as director of a high technology firm in Entebbe, Uganda.
Zak Bennett: Multimedia Designer & Director
As a student of photojournalism who has served as photo editor for several publications, Zak Bennet is currently interning in DC in addition to working with DDI, specializing in new media.
Kevin Bond: Founder, Trustee, Chief Financial Officer, and Latin America Program Manager
A student studying political science and international affairs, Kevin Bond piloted the program in Peru, and is currently working on all aspects of fund raising in the Latin American programs that DDI has implemented in the Amazonian Region. Kevin is currently community Summer Organizer in Gainesville, Florida for Organizing for America.
Kelly Heber: Founder, Director, and Africa Program Manager
A former student at the University of Florida, Kelly Heber has 4 years worth of humanitarian experience volunteering in countries throughout the developing world, including Thailand, Malaysia, Peru, and Uganda. Kelly is currently a member of the 2009 DC regional Teach for America corps.
