On Saturday Granitos held a Health Brigade at the foundation. Doctors were available throughout the day for parents to bring in their children to receive check-ups and fluoride treatments. Many of the kids are underweight and/or undernourished, and they are prescribed supplements, often at a great cost to their parents.

Today was my second day working at Granitos de Paz, the foundation that Children Beyond our Borders partners with here in Cartagena, Colombia.
